Refunds Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested if:

  • Service is not delivered within the promised timeline.
  • Duplicate payments occur.
  • Service is canceled before work begins.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be given for:

  • Services already delivered or near completion.
  • Delays caused by client-side issues.
  • Changes in client preferences after project delivery.

Custom Work

Custom work is non-refundable once approved or delivered.

Refund Request Process

Clients must contact CodeWave Studio via email with refund details. Requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing Timeline

Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued through UPI, bank transfer, or other original payment methods.

Exceptions & Conditions

Exceptions apply as described in Non-Refundable Cases. CodeWave Studio reserves the right to review each request individually.
