CodeWave Studio provides web development, e-commerce, mobile apps, cloud & DevOps, SEO, digital marketing, paid ads, and branding & graphic design services as described on our website or in a written proposal or invoice.

Project scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins. Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may pause work until the account is settled.

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required assets (content, logos, credentials, etc.) needed to complete the project. Delays caused by missing inputs may affect delivery timelines.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership or usage rights to final deliverables as agreed in the project scope. CodeWave Studio may retain the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reasonable revisions included in the agreed package will be honoured. Additional changes outside the original scope may require a revised quote or add-on fee.

Some projects use third-party platforms, plugins, hosting, ad accounts, or APIs. Clients are responsible for any third-party subscription or licensing costs unless explicitly included in the proposal.

CodeWave Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
